The interior of this building is nice, but the exterior is in need of serious maintaining. Maintenance can only do so much when it comes to the smell of urine and feces that is emitting from the guest parking area. Homeless people are living in cars down there, there is human and dog feces scattered throughout the guest parking area and the dog walk, and the concrete at the elevator landing is stained with urine from dogs. Dog owners face no type of consequences for their responsibility here, they just let their animals poop and pee everywhere without cleaning up behind them and without management fining or evicting them. Residents are allowing their animals to urinate inside of the building buildings as well without cleaning up after them. The guest parking area and all elevator landings on each floor need to be professionally pressure wash washed, not pressure washed with that small Home Depot machine that maintenance is using. And what happened to the trash cans? A building size should absolutely have trash cans near the elevators, so people are less reluctant to drop trash and leave it there. Our cleaning lady does an excellent job, but there is only so much she can do. The grills near the pool maintaining and this has been reported to management over a year ago. Not all of the flames work on the grills, so there is only about 50% of working grill space. The rear grill nearest the senior community doesnât even work. The fire pit on the south side of the building doesnât even work. The Security gates by the pool only works sometimes and there are often random people walking off of the street with pool towls who come in for a dip. Iâve actually runoff a pair of homeless people in the gym using the equipment barefoot. This place is nice for the most part, but the smell of animal urine every single day is nerve-racking and makes me not want to refer anyone to live here. Itâs very embarrassing having visitors over and walking them through this nasty structure and elevator landing. Also, since 2018 NOTHING has been done about this trash room that is constantly riddled with junkies.
