What are the lease terms?
The lease term offered is 12 months.
What does it cost to move in?
Move in costs include holding deposit, security deposit, and prorated monthly charges.
Are utilities included in the cost?
All utilities are a separate charge and are not included in the base rent amount.
What's your pet policy?
There is a two pet maximum. A $500.00 pet deposit per pet is required and there is a $50.00 monthly pet rent fee per pet.
What is your guest policy?
Guests are permitted to stay with current resident no more than 14 days.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
Residents have the option of providing personal renters insurance or signing the Renters Legal Liability waiver.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent can be paid through the resident online portal via AMCRentPay using personal bank account, credit card, debit card or Paypal. Rent can also be paid via cashier's check, personal check, or money order in person. No cash is accepted.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
Onsite maintenance staff are present to handle maintenance requests during open office hours. If an emergency occurs during closed office hours, an emergency maintenance line is available.
Is there public transportation nearby?
The Torrance Transit bus stops are located walking distance from the community.
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Lease renewals are offered near the end of a resident's lease term and rent increases vary.
What is the parking situation?
Gated and assigned parking is available for residents in the underground parking level. One bedrooms include one parking space in rent and two and three bedrooms include two parking spaces. Additional monthly parking is $50.00.
Are there plans to update the building?
Updates may vary.
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
If a resident would like to break their lease, the lease break fee is equivalent to two months of rent.
