We lived here for a year and had good interactions with the staff. We have kids and felt safe here and enjoyed our neighbors. We had issues though with some of the outlets not working and one of our bathrooms flooded and we move to a hotel for a week, but Renaissance covered the expenses. All around, we’d recommend this place.

Last night as I was leaving IHOP at about 12:20 a.m. I saw the Sheriff's Department speaking to a young female prior to that my cousin told me she seen a group of kids walking up to the security guard at the retail parking lot I don't know what he was told but she said that he immediately got off of his truck and begin a search of the building. He was approached by a older gentleman and I asked the older gentleman what was going on and he said that he asked the security guard what was going on and that he answered that the security guard politely reply to him that he wasn't in Liberty of discussing or disclosing the matter very polite he walked away you cannot find security guards with such manners anymore thanks to the security guard for helping in such timely manner I wish I knew his name for that we give them and HIM five stars!!! I would like for you to recognize the help you are getting from your security. Help like that is not easy to find. Especially if the area they still took the time to help wasn't part of they're patrol area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They could do a better job in hiring security to prevent theft and trespassing during daylight hours. I had the plesure of meeting a night guard named Victor, very attentive to detail, checks the entire building and well educated as he introduces himself to all tenants to ease they're minds for the night. Management at Renissance at City Center, i witnessed this first hand las night 11pm - 12 am. There was a vehicle break-in in the retail parking lot. I witnessed a young group of people 2 girls and 2 boys approaching a black pick up truck with security strobe lights and it was the night guard Victor, whatever he was told he immediately began a thorough search of the building for whatever it was he was searching for. When he was done i casually asked him what was happening? Why were the sheriff's on scene he politely answered ' that he was not in liberty of disclosing such information ' i understood and thanked him. So ive changed my rating to a 5 star to him for his immediate response to a moment of distress to this young females emergency. He wasted no time in helping her.

My husband and I have been looking for a new place to call home. Our first experience with Prisma and Yessica was so welcoming and informative. Prisma was patient to show us several apartment layouts so that we can have several options to choose from. The grounds are well kept. It’s very quiet. We love the greenery of the property. It feels like you are in your own private oasis . The neighbors are friendly. I love the underground parking. We are blessed to call “The Renaissance at City Center” our home.

Can’t wait to move in, wonderful staff and very friendly. Just graduated CSUDH and now found a place of my own, the apartments are amazing. The tour was so amazing and honestly pitched well. As if the apartments being nice wasn’t enough, it comes with its own indoor gym, pool, MOVIE THEATER and much more. Never thought I’d find such a beautiful place to live. Neighbors are friendly and very respectful. Maintenance does an astonishing job! It is always clean around the community. For this being my first apartment I could tell i will be here a long time. Thank you to Prisma who helped find my new home. Couldn’t have been done without her!

I wish everyone could live here. Truly. When we were looking for an apartment, Renaissance had GLOWING reviews about the management and maintenance staff and they were not wrong. Every review is "Aaron this" and "Aaron that", and let me tell you, Aaron did not disappoint. He is on every request so fast and never fails to exceed expectations. Him and Andre are so kind and so genuine; they honestly feel like family. Yessica in the leasing office is also so prompt, sweet as can be, and very understanding. Yes the property is soooo gorgeous and affordable, but Aaron, Andre, and Yessica make this place home!

The Renaissance is a wonderful place. A few days ago I submitted an move in inspection document to management that was giving to me when I moved in. A day after I submitted the documents maintenance (I wish I asked for him name) knocked on my door and say he was there to repair the items I submitted. He was very professional & respectful, answered all my questions, and made all the minor repairs on the list or explained why he would need to come back. 5 Stars again!!! 😊 Thank you

Went to the manager's office. The lady in first office ignored me while on her computer. Didn't even acknowledge me as I stood in the doorway. Ignored me while she was doing something on the computer. I thought ok she MUST be extremely busy with something very important right? Went to the 2nd office. I ask the "manager" there where could I dispose the Christmas tree. She said that she would notify me by EOD. This was on Tuesday the 27th. 3 days ago and still no follow up.

Some of the tenants who recently moved in the complex tend to not follow simple policies by smoking cigarettes/marijuana on the premises, (2) failing to pick up pet feces in the complex hallways/elevators, and (3) leaving trash in front of the trash chutes instead of putting the trash down the chutes. Overall, my stay at the Renaissance at City Center under the present ownership was pleasant. The office staff and building engineers are very responsive.

I’ve lived here since 2018. A lot of things have changed in the last few years but for the most part the management and maintenance staff are great. I’m not a fan of the periodic inspections and people having to enter your home while you’re away but aside from that it’s not so bad.
